The Group started it’s activity in 2001 and has grown to emerge as Leading Indian Manufacturer & Exporter of Copper Alloys - Brass Ingots, Billets, Extrusion, Brass Fasteners & Fittings.

Activity

Mainly we are working with OEM customers & Most of them are MNCs based in more than 16 countries, And Looking to their demands & trust in The Sayani Group, being their Approved supplier and as they totally rely on us for their need of BRASS, The flagship company, Bhavin Impex Pvt. Ltd. has been converted into “100 % Export Oriented Unit” Exclusively to cater overseas customers with more attention.  And for the Domestic Business of the Group, the company PNS Metals Pvt. Ltd. Has been founded in the year 2005.

Growth

The Sayani Group has originally started it’s activity as  Small  Scale Industries in Constructed Area of only 1,000 sq. feet and Expanded it’s Current Activity up to about 9,000 sq. feet of  Constructed Area. Initially the company had a Machining Facility only. Then as a part of Backward Integration set up the Foundry for casting of  Brass Ingots, Billets  and then set up the facility of Brass Extrusion (Hydraulic Press for Hot Extrusion + Rolling Mill for cold drawn Rods).

Expansion Plan

Now The Group has a Multi-fold Expansion Plan (ongoing) to be spread over the constructed area of over 50,000 sq. Feet and in a Land Area of 1,000,000 sq. feet for Future Expansions. The Group will employ about 150 people in it’s Expanded facility and will have Annual Installed Production capacity of  5,000 MTs of Non-Ferrous Metals.

The Group will have:
Unit-1:	Imports & Sorting of Non-Ferrous Metals.
Unit-2:	Melting Facility-Casting of Billets / Ingots.
Unit-3:	State-of-the-art Laboratory including Optical Emission Photo Spectro meter.
Unit-4:	Extrusion - Hot Extrusions of Rods, Bars, Sections, Profiles, etc.
Unit-5:	Tool Room Having facility of CNC Wire cut Machines, etc.
Unit-6:	Machining Facility of Brass Fasteners & Fittings.
Unit-7:	Electro-plating / Finishing Facility.
